2005-2006- Captured honorable mention All-America honors in three events at the 2006 NCAA Championships ... was 11th in the 200 butterfly and helped UVa finish 13th in the 800 free relay and 16th in the 200 medley relay ... also swam in the prelims of the 200 freestyle ... earned All-ACC honors in three events at ACCs ... was runner-up in the 200 butterfly with a career-best time of 1:45.30 and swam a leg on UVa's winning 800 free realy and 400 medley relay ... helped the Cavaliers set the school and ACC meet record in the 800 free relay (6:27.16) ... placed fifth in the 500 freestyle and sixth in the 200 free at ACCs as well ... competed for Canada in the 2006 Mutaul of Omaha Dual in the Pool in Victoria, B.C., in August ... was 13th in the 200-meter butterfly with a time of 1:59.32 and was 23rd in the 100 fly in 55.32 ... qualfied for Pan Pacs after finishing second in the 200-meter butterfly (2:01.52) at the Canadian Pan Pac Trials in July.
2004-2005- Earned three honorable mention All-America awards at the NCAA Championships ... finished 15th in the 200 fly at NCAAs ... was a member of the 13th-place 800 free relay and 16th-place 200 free relay at NCAAs ... also swam the 200 and 500 freestyle at NCAAs and was on the 400 freestyle relay ... earned All-ACC honors at the ACC Championships in three individual events ... was the ACC runner-up in the 200 free with a career-best time of 1:37.50 ... finished third in the 200 fly at ACCs with another career-best time (1:46.56) ... was fourth in the 500 free at ACCs ... was a member of the ACC title-winning 800 free relay ... turned in several outstanding performances at the 2005 ConocoPhillips Summer Nationals, including a runner-up finish in the 200-meter butterfly with a lifetime best performance of 1:58.15 ... also swam a lifetime best in the 400-meter free (3:57.40 - tied for 18th) and was 27th in the 200-meter free (1:52.05) at summer nationals ... at the 2005 World Championship Trials, was 17th in the prelims of the 400-meter free (4:01.01) and 39th in the 200 free (1:54.43).
2003-2004- Earned honorable mention All-America honors as a member of Virginia's 15th-place 800 free relay at the NCAA Championships ... swam the 200 and 400-meter free at NCAAs, and also finished 23rd in the 200-meter fly ... a member of the 400 free relay that placed 17th at NCAAs ... earned All-ACC honors as a member of the winning 800 free relay at the ACC Championships ... swam in the finals of 200 free (seventh), 200 fly (sixth) and 500 free (fifth) at ACCs ... was 14th in the 400-meter free (3:57.79) at the Olympic Trials and also swam the 200-meter fly, finishing 20th (2:02.27).
