2004-05-- Led UVA in the weight and hammer and the indoor shot put ... took runner-up honors in the hammer at the Lou Onesty/Milton G. Abramson Invitational ... finished fourth at the Liberty Invitational in both the shot and the weight.
2003-04-- Led UVa during the indoor/outdoor season in the shot put (15.26m) and the hammer (52.68m)....placed sixth in the 49er Invite in the hammer and the shot put...placed seventh in the shot put at the Lou Onesty/Milton Abramson Invite...placed third in the shot put and fifth in the hammer at the JMU Invite.
2002-03-- Led UVa during the indoor/outdoor season in the shot put (15.24m/ 15.09m) and the hammer (50.60m) ... .ranked first in the weight throw(14.91m) ... placed second at the JMU Invitational hammer (47.51m) ... sixth place finish at the ACC Outdoor Championships in the hammer with a 50.59m.
High School-Georgia state meet runner-up in the shot put... qualified for adidas outdoor nationals ... also went to USATF junior nationals ...
