2004-05: Indoor: Finished second in the 1000m run at the Father Diamond with a personal best time of 3:00.33. Outdoor: Ranked second on the team in the 800m and third in the 1500m ... finished second in the 800m run at the Onesty/Abramson with a time of 2:14.13 ... finished eighth in 1500m run at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 4:34.49 ... finished sixth in the 3000m run at the 49er Invitational with a 10:15.09 ... competed at the ACC Championships.
High School-Four year letterman in XC and Track. 2-time All-State (2000 and 2001)...Super-State (2002, 2003)...XC State Champion in 2003, runner-up in 2002...holds the Nebraska Class B State record in the 1600m (4:58.14)...All class champion in the 800m (2003 and 2004)...National Honor Society...SCA Secretary...Senior Class President.
