2003-04- Indoors: Placed eighth in the 60m hurldes at ACC Indoors (8.12). Placed second in the 60m hurdles at the Last Chance Meet (8.16). Ran a season best 200m (23.19) at the Virginia Tech Challenge. Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 110m hurdles at the Lou Onesty/Milton Abramson Invitational (14.81). Placed seventh at the JMU Invite in the 110m hurdles (14.87).
2002-03-Took fourth in the 60HH at the ACC Indoor Championships ... led the Cavaliers during the indoor season in the 60mHH with a 8.19 ... ranked third at UVa in the 110m hurdles with a 14.97 in outdoors.
2001-02: Took fourth at the ACC meet with a 14.47 in the 110 HH ... ran an 8.09 in the 60m HH ... ran the 400IH in 57.15.
High School: Earned All-American honors ... holds the school and district record in the 55HH (7.30) ... school record holder in the long jump (22'5") ... captain for two years ... All-State, All-Region and All-District honors.
