2003-04: Outdoor: Led the Cavaliers in the javelin all year ... plaed 11th at US Olympic Trials ... earned All-American honors with an eighth-place finish at NCAAs ... won the ACCs in the javelin (173' 6") for third time ... NCAA East Regional Champion ... had a career-best throw of 177' 10" at the Georgia Tech Invitational where she took second place ... won the Duke Invitational ... won the Lou Onesty/Milton Abramson Invitational (171' 9") ... placed second at the 49er Invitational (160'3"). 2002-03-Injured.

2001-02: Redshirted.

2000-01:All-American in javelin with a fourth place finish (51.21m) at NCAAs...won second consecutive ACC javelin title ... throw of 53.42m led the nation and was best collegiate distance of 2001.

1999-2000: Qualified for both USA Track & Field Olympic Trials in the javelin, where she placed 13th, and NCAAs ... won the javelin title at ACCs with a throw of 49.34m...placed sixth at ACCs in the discus ... ECAC runner-up in the javelin.

High School: National champion in javelin in 1998...nationally ranked in javelin for three straight years ... two time district champ in javelin, and once in discus...Pennsylvania state champion and record holder in javelin...state champion in discus...three time All-State in javelin and discus.
