AT VIRGINIA: 2005-06-(XC): Ran all six races for the Cavaliers, earning All-ACC honors with his sixth-place finish...led Cavaliers at Lou Onesty Invitational. 2004-05-(Out): Led Cavaliers in the steeplechase (8:51.89)...qualified for NCAA Regionals in the steeplechase with his third-place finish in the ACC Championships...took fourth in the mile at ACCs...ranked second at Virginia in the 5000m and third in the 1500m. (In) Led Cavaliers in the 3000m (8:07.17)...(XC): Earned All-Region honors with a ninth-place finishi, qualifying for the NCAA national championships...helped UVa to finish third at ACC's with a 15th place finish. 2003-04-(Out): Ran at SMU...had third-fastest steeple time by a collegiate athlete in the nation.
