AT VIRGINIA: 2005-(Out): Finished second in the pole vault at the ACC Championships...competed at the NCAA Championships...placed second in the pole vault and third in the high jump at the Onesty/Abramson Invitational ... (In): Tied for second in the pole vault at the ACC Championships with a jump of 5.00m...placed second at the Virginia Tech Challenge with a school record of 5.30m...placed first at the Father Diamond with a jump of 5.00m...also tied for sixth at the ACCs in the high jump with a jump of 2.03m. 2004-(Out) Set a new school record in the pole vault with a leap of 17' .75" at ACCs, where he earned All-ACC honors with his runner-up finish...he also qualified for NCAA Regionals with that leap...(In): placed fifth in the heptathlon at ACCs...hit season bests of 1.98m in the high jump, and 6.87m in the long jump. 2003- Led Cavaliers during the indoor and outdoor seasons in the pole vault... (Out): won 49er Pole Vault (4.75m)...(In):took third at the Indoor Last Chance Meet pole vault (5.00m)...third place finish at the ACC Indoors in pole vault (4.97m).
High School-2001 New Balance National Champion in pole vault...took third at 2002 nationals...four-time state champion in pole vault...two-time All-American. Personal- Born July 20, 1983 in Byfield, Mass....son of Susan and Paul Sullivan.
