AT VIRGINIA: 2006-07-(XC): Just missed All-American honors by 1.5 seconds while placing 32nd overall at the National Championships ... Led UVa to a 14th place finish and upset of 14 ranked teams at Nationals ... Placed fifth overall at NCAA Southeast Regionals in 30:34.4 and earned his second straight All-Region honor, helping Virginia to a fourth place finish and an at-large bid to the NCAA Championships ... Earned his second consecutive All-ACC Cross Country honor by finishing third at the ACC Championships in 24:01.0, leading Virginia to a third place team finish ... his 24:01.0 at ACC's also broke the previous 8k course record at Panorama Farms ...
