Sarah Blair is in her first season as the Cavaliers' volunteer assistant coach while completing her completing her bachelor's degree in education in 2007.
As a Cavalier, the Alexandria, Va., native was a two-time ACC Honor Roll selection. A three-time ACC champion and two-time NCAA championships participant, Blair was a member of the open four "B" boat that finished fourth at the 2006 South/Central Championships.
Prior to enrolling at UVa, Blair spent her freshman year at Connecticut College. She was a member of the third varsity 8 that won the New England Championships.
