• 2001 National District Player of the Year and the Mount Vernon Female Athlete of the Year
• 2002 Virginia Northern Regional Softball team pick after batting .532 as a leadoff hitter
• 2002 The Journal Newspapers All-Area
• Hit .472 as a freshman and .461 as a sophomore
• Two-time captain and all-district performer in volleyball
• Also earned varsity letters in track and swimming
• Two-time captain the three-year member of high school's Powder Puff football team
