	The Virginia women's tennis team opened the 2007 fall season this weekend as three individuals are competing at the UNC-W Landfall Tournament in Wilmington, N.C. Highlighting the tournament for the Cavaliers is junior Maggie Yahner (Las Vegas, Nev.), who has advanced to the final.

Virginia's athletics department was honored on Monday as the Atlantic Coast Conference honored 221 student-athletes with inclusion on the 2006-07 Honor Roll, as released by the conference.
